Where do you ship / post / send to?

What do you charge for shipping?

In the USA shipping charges are a set flat fee per item depending on the manual you are buying.  If you buy more than one item from us we will combine shipping to save you some shipping fees, but please wait for a 'NEW' invoice from us showing the discounted, combined, shipping fees.

For out of USA purchases your shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination.  For your information the U.S. Postal Service has a PRIORITY mail FLAT RATE box we can use for purchases up to 20 pounds for a fee of $39.95 per box, International shipping or $25.95 per box to Canada and Mexico.  All purchases up to 4 pounds are usually shipped 1st Class International Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope whichever way is least expensive.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major Credit AND Debit cards through Paypal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account, although signing up is FREE and easy.

Can I pay with a MONEY ORDER?

YES, you can mail, send, post  me a MONEY ORDER.    If you're making your payment with a money order please send  an email to manuals@ptd.net  so I'll know when your payment is in the mail.

Must I register to buy on Big Dogs Manuals website?

There is no need to register to buy on our website. The advantage to you, is that if you are one of our returning customers, all your shipping information is pre-filled in.

What will be the condition of the manual I receive?

Most manuals are used and are in Very Good condition or better - Many are BRAND NEW.   If we have more than one of the manual you are buying we will always ship the best manual that we have.

What kind of manuals do you sell, what about copies?

 We sell only original & OEM factory printed manuals & will never break copyright laws by reprinting or copying any factory manuals or cd's.

What is Big Dogs Manuals privacy policy?

Big Dogs Manuals take your privacy very seriously. Our state of the art website employs the very best security available to protect you. Your account is protected by a personal password. We never sell or share any of your information. We use only PayPal for the most secure credit card payments.
